Photoengraving

We can process cylinders with diameters ranging from 80 to 750 mm and width dimensions from 100 to 4.000 mm. We handle up to 3 tons weight and are able to engrave with the same precision either steel and iron metals or copper.

Graphics & Design

The development and processing of images, logos and decorative effects are elaborated by Roll Platex designers in a totally automated electronic way through state-of -the-art computer equipment but with the same passion and fantasy that inspire graphics and art directors.

 

Samples

Upon request, it is possible to realize a texturing test on a pilot roll or a cliché. The etched design is then copied with a silicone cast that offers an exact image of the final result on the industrial roll/plate.

Complementary activities

With the cooperation of external highly specialized companies, we can offer a turn-key product: from construction on the basis of technical designs to grinding / stripping up to chrome-plating / polishing, realizable also on plates.

Technical Sheets

Thanks to special reading and gauging devices, we can measure a sample's values reproducing it on metal with the same roughness /gloss, and providing the relevant technical form at the end of the surface etching-finishing process.
